Jane launched Frog Recruitment Ltd in 2002. From a background of teaching art, Jane made the move into recruitment and went on to lead New Zealand’s largest privately owned recruitment company, Lampen Group.
When Lampen was purchased by a TMP (now Hudson) Jane was responsible for transitioning the acquisition which included the management and motivation of the subsequent 160 headcount in 6 locations across New Zealand, as well as becoming a member of the TMP Australasian Executive Management Team.
In Jane’s time in recruitment she has been exposed to all facets of recruitment and the full range of supplier relationships. She has launched businesses, introduced new technologies and developed a reputation for being at the forefront of the industry in method and practice.
She is regularly called upon for comment by media and is a regular attendee at the Australasian Talent Conferences. She has been involved in numerous initiatives over the years, some of which changed industry practices.
